Friendly and helpful staff members all very pleasant

I put my room to be cleaned new towels and toilet paper extra they didn't come even tho we spoke to one of the cleaning ladies so in the end we had actually ran out of toilet paper and had to go to reception to ask the reception he brought them up for us

Location fairly near the tram stop that takes you into Ashton-under-Lyne or to Manchester piccadilly. Clean and comfortable. Numerous food outlets nearby. No problem getting into the room before 3
