Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Edmonton International Airport

There was nothing to like . The rooms were nothing like we expected. Very run down and the carpet was so stained and dirty with bleach spots every where I wouldn’t take my shoes off. . The room was so dingy and dirty looking. Open the curtain this room was on the bottom floor and all you seen out the window was garbage and a disgusting mess of items everywhere. There wasn’t anything about the room that made it to any standard of room we were expecting. The young lady at the desk outright said that you booked it on line and that was the rooms for the online . She said that part of the hotel needed to be renovated. So to our understanding if you use sights like booking . Com they give you there below standard of rooms. I will never think about staying there again and I don’t know where it makes sense to go online to book a hotel room if that is the kind of accommodation that you are going to have. I am sorry but i refuse to go and pay for a hotel and then get booked in to a room like the one we were given and to be outright told those were the type of rooms that you would receive for booking with online booking sites.. I will have to truly think about ever booking with a online accommodation provider again .

Everything about this hotel was below average and nothing I would ever want to visit again.

Location and Breakfast was great.

The carpet in the hall was bubbling and a trip hazard. Hot tub jets were horrible.

They had a reliable shuttle to the Airport for our very early flight. Front desk staff were helpful.

The hotel is very tired looking. The carpets are frayed and buckled in spots. You need to pay attention not to trip. One spot had tape all over the carpeting where it was frayed or torn. The beds aren't great. The shower curtain is about 2 inches past the tub so water would go everywhere outside of shower. Big clean up after shower. The TV is bad!!!! No popular channels. The guide doesn't match the channels. They said they only have a handful of channels. This hotel overall is very disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

I missed my flight ! Had to re book ! $$!! Due to ... being told i was on a 525am shuttle ... I was at front desk at 523 am and he told be I was booked in (different staff member ) I had to catch the 550am missed my flight + a days work 😑

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant.

Very run down, carpeting was dirty and worn out, curtains were torn, now hair dryer in room.
