"Disappointing Customer Service"

We booked a suite, but due to electrical problems in the room we had to move to a lower-category room because no similar suites were available. We had paid for a more expensive room, so we spoke with the staff about compensation during our stay. At check-out, we were told the matter would be handled. Unfortunately, we never received any compensation. We also tried contacting Claudia Martinez and Jaante Jones afterwards, but did not get any response. The hotel itself is clean and otherwise nice, but because of this experience we cannot recommend staying here.
