Affordable Corporate Suites - Florist Road

I was a little skeptical with the location. Once i explored it was close to what I needed and it was quiet so I was able to get a good night sleep. Joshua was wonderful and helped me with any thing i needed. I highly recommend staying there. If I am to return to Roanoke i will not stay anywhete else.

This is was very nice property and suited us well for our overnight stay our way to our next destination. Joshua, the manager, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived later than expected because of traffic and office hours were over, but he was there to greet us.

We travel A LOT for work spending more time in hotels all across the country than at home. We are not picky or fancy by any means. That said, I would not book this place again. The manager was very nice, no complaints there, you can tell he tries and cares within his means, but the facility and services offered are lacking. The farther you are away from the office, the shower will change from tap cold to absolutely scalding at a moment notice, every single day if anyone within the building flushes a toilet or uses the sink. We battled this for 2 weeks. Quite painful and frustrating, the bit water here is no BS HOT! The kitchen amenities are a bit lacking, nothing major, and a dollar store and Walmart trip fixed the need for a skillet pan, and some basic utensils, and an oven pan to cook anything in the oven. Not a huge deal, but a heads up there. Our room was only cleaned once in 2 weeks. No new sheets ever, fresh towels after 1 week, and that was also the only time the trash was ever emptied. No broom in the room, or anything we could use to tidy up ourselves. The mattress was pretty bad. We bought a topper at Walmart and just left it after our stay, maybe it stays for the next guest? The facility itself is old, nothing wrong with that, however given the price, I would gladly forgo the option of having a small kitchen and just stay in a more modern and clean hotel. "Corporate Suites" is honestly a deceiving name. This is not for a traveling professional.

The rooms were very clean.the cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. Management was curious,friendly and helpful. It's very quite so you can really get a goodnight sleep. Close to many restaurants and business. Room prices are reasonable
