Excellent accommodations, close to home, service was great. We stayed there after a disaster that claimed our home. We highly recommend acs for any type of stay, emergency or pleasure. A hidden jewell in Roanoke

I was surprised and delighted that the accommodation was much better than expected. Spotlessly clean and sufficiently far from the main road to allow for a quiet night's sleep. Car essential, of course, as it is impossible to walk anywhere but one becomes used to that. Recommended.

This place is very clean and quiet. The suite is similar to my apartment, felt like going back home. Will definitely stay again in the future if visiting this area.

If you are traveling to Roanoke for business, this is simply the best place to stay. I have never stayed at an extended stay hotel/corporate suite that was as good as this one. Very clean. Bed was very comfy. Great shower pressure. Jean is the manager here, and she was so easy to work with. Very professional at all times. Laundry on site. Full kitchen in each unit. And literally half the price of the hotels in the same area (and the hotels aren’t half as clean). My only regret was getting moved by my company and not being able to stay longer. I simply cannot recommend this place more.

We stayed here while attending my daughter's commencement ceremony from Liberty University May 12-14, 2023. I was so excited to find this place to stay since the rooms in Lynchburg for that weekend were 3-4 times the normal rate and even the rooms in Roanoke seemed to be double the normal rate. Plus we were planning on spending time in Roanoke after the ceremony, so it worked out perfectly. We were getting in late and the manager called me on Friday to make arrangements for me to get the room key after check-in hours. She was very sweet and helpful. When we got to our room, we were delighted with how cute it was decorated and how clean it was! It was perfect for our weekend. The area was quiet and within 3 miles of where we had dinner reservations for Saturday night and the church my daughter attends, that I went to also on Sunday morning. We very much enjoyed our stay and I will definitely be staying either here or at one of the other locations from now on when I am in Roanoke or Lynchburg to visit my daughter. The only thing that was wrong, and it was minor, what you could not plug your hairdryer into the outlet in the bathroom. They installed a very nice lighted mirror, however, it stuck out from the wall and it blocked the only outlet in the bathroom where you could plug in the hair dryer. I had to plug the dryer into the hall outlet and it barely reached into the bathroom. Other than that, the place was perfect!
