The pillows are amazing. The suites are spotless and everything you could want for shopping and eating is very close by. Jean, the hotel manager is wonderful. She is a sweetheart and will do anything that she can to make your stay amazing and enjoyable. We’ve been here for about three weeks now and she has just been the most wonderful person. Do not pass this gem of a hotel up when you’re in Roanoke, Virginia you’ll be glad you stayed here. We’ve stayed at several properties here and every single one of them are fantastic.

Mrs Jean is the greatest property manager i have ever had to the privilege to know . She is caring and will help in anyway she can . This will be my last stay at overland ACS and its been the best of time staying at ACS with Mrs Jean at the helm running things . Thank you Mrs Jean you are the Best . I hope to see you again in the future . Im moving on to the next job with my company.
