Affordable Corporate Suites of Overland Drive

The room was large, comfortable and clean! The location was quiet and peaceful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the kitchen cupboards and microwave were too high for me to reach at only 5' tall. I could get the dishes out but the ones that were stacked were tricky to get and the microwave was on top of the refrigerator. I would have had to climb on a chair to use it.

The property manager is awsome as always . I have a great experience every single time i stay at ACS . I wont stay anywhere else if i can help it

The room was extraordinarily clean and the property was clean too. I did hear street noise as it is off a busy street but that quiets downs some after 5:00. I would stay there again and I would recommend it.

The place is exceptionally clean and comfortable and offers a good value for your hotel dollars. However the older female manager is a bit of a odd duck in the fact that she is a bit unfriendly in her dealings. She seems to pry a bit too much into your personal business and was asking nearly inappropriate questions about the relationship I had with the other person I shared my room with the night before as I was checking out. I had booked the room with Hotels.com. I would stay there again despite the manager because the hotel was exceptionally nice for the money and that’s it.

Check in times are limited because there is not a regular attendant. The central air AC did not work...room actually got warmer during the night. Shower control was very wonky. Took 5 mins to heat up, then challenge to get something in between scalding got and luke warm. Very nice facility, would give it another try because it does appear to be well maintained. However my stay was not great.

I LOVE THE STAFF. THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE MY STAY IS PLEASENT
