"A vintage style with modern amenities in a warm and cozy environment. A must stay!"

The vibe and the decor were beyond relaxing and comfortable. This hidden gem was exactly the type of place I’ll visit again. The food from the kitchen was absolutely 5-star and not the type of cuisine you normally get from a hotel. It more resembled a boutique vintage restaurant. The staff were so accommodating and friendly and the bar are night was the place to be with Faye running the show.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and we had issues adjusting the temperature in the room. Thankfully, the windows in the bedroom and the bathroom were able to be opened for a much better airflow.

"Please don’t deny someone smoked in my room. "

The hotel put us in a room where someone had clearly been smoking. They simply said we don’t have smoking rooms. Which is a cheap cop out. If the hotel actually cared, they would have come up and checked for themselves. I was just blown off. Luckily, I had booked this room via Hotels.com who immediately issued a full refund as you might have. I’ll be booking through them more now.
