"All good but BEDBUGS"

Noise Level was nonexistent. 10/10 rating Atmosphere quaint & nostalgic 10/10 Room Size Very Small 6/10 Room clean appearance 9/10 Bedbugs in Beds 0/10 one of our beds was infested. Management did not adjust our room fees. Restaurant in hotel was great 10/10 Staff very polite & friendly

Attractive amenities. Responsive and friendly staff Close to many shops and restaurants

Room temperature was difficult to control the first night. We were offered and accepted a comparable room when the situation could not be readily resolved.
