Staff Krishnan&Suveta in the resturant was excellent service. Morning breakfast was well presented &went beyond expectations to serve items not on menu. Front office reception the Lady &guy was very Nice &,upgraded my room .

The rooms look really RUN DOWN&needs Refurbishment ASAP. Toilets in room very BAD.bedsheets&towels need to be changed. NOT WHITE...but brown. Floorboards&carpets all broken&dirty.

Upgraded my room and made my stay so comfortable. Dinning morning breakfast was so delightful,chef&supervisor went out if the way to make special items not on the buffet for me.

Inital room 623 given was very bad.toilet&bathroom very dangerous&safety concern. Would seriously fux that room .HUGE SAFETY CONCERN. 2 days after room was cleaned NO BATH TOWELS was replaced. General the hotel rooms need refurbished ,look run down& floorboards bad.
