Value for money. Friendly staff members from Receptionists to the Cleaners not to mention Restaurant staff especially Saul Jorge treated us like King and Queen Omlette was 💯 keep it up Cheff

Direction to the hotel through town was terrible .We didn't like Oven fried eggs

Before I even arrived at their property, Manager Cíntia Neves was providing me with wonderful guidance as I prepared to make the most of my first time in Moçambique. She communicated essential transport advice and recommendations of ways to maximize my time in Maputo, even when I was staying at another hotel for my first six days in the country. Once I finally arrived, I was able to enjoy a lovely start to the new year. Breakfast was filled with delicious fruits and excellent service. The rest of the breakfast spread was not as exciting, but it worked for my four morning meals. Due to the rainy weather, and getting out to explore the city, I did not get to fully enjoy the pool, but it was nice to have one there since the part of the ocean where you can swim is on the other side of the city. I enjoyed walking in the beautiful Tunduru Gardens nearby, and there is a lovely restaurant at the end of the street by the museum (and at the top of killer steps) where I enjoyed a fabulous meal and view of the sunset (Campo Das Acácias) It was quiet in the hotel, and I enjoyed the peace after being on the other side by the beach with lots of families and groups.

As a single woman, I had no problem walking around the community, but was surprised at the condition of the sidewalks along the street. It made you have to pay careful attention when walking, especially at night. Also, the one time I ordered dinner, it took an hour for my salmon to be delivered to my table. I enjoyed the meal, but never received a response as to why it took so long. Lastly, the room was a nice size, and if I positioned myself just right, I had a nice view, but with no screen in the window, bugs kept dining their way in when I wanted fresh air. Also, the amenities are quite basic, including the furniture, but I wasn't in my room that much, so it was fine. However, I know some may prefer a bit more high end amenities in the room and throughout the property at a four star rated hotel. Overall, I had a lovely stay. Obrigado.

- it was QUIET during a very crazy time in maputo - close to the city center - delicious room service menu - area is safe enough to explore - great view from room - no corkage fee :) - bidet😩💙

- room service took too long - staff doesn't really speak English - Hotel tv was satellite and kept buffering - breakfast wasn't amazing

They made an effort to decorate our room as it was my husbands birthday

The breakfast was so bland

The comfort and space in the rooms in exceptional. The beds , aircon , bathroom are all really great. The option of a bar fridge is most welcome to keep cool drinks/water etc cold. Nice balcony. Safe parking onsite was most welcome. Staff in general are friendly.

The breakfast can do with a serious improvement. The options available and the very poor selection of items on the breakfast menu are terrible. The service and food on the 3rd day was shocking, being a Saturday morning, the staff were not interested in providing decent service. The 430 meticals room service fee is over the top.
