Americas Best Value Inn - Palmyra/Hershey

Close to a couple of venues we wanted to experience.

The bedding wasn't very good, The shower didn't work and the water didn't get warm, the walls were thin and you could hear everything through them. The key entries didn't work, and we had to look into it twice.

Location

Continental breakfast was a joke. 1 toaster, 1 waffle maker. My egg patty was still frozen in the middle and all set up in 12x12 lobby. No seats. Beds were uncomfortable. No vanity around sink to put thinks on while getting ready. Just a little shelf above sink.

I stayed at the property more than once room is always spotless. The owner is very friendly and treat you more like family than a guest.

The bathroom is very small. I did find some plastic trash, six pack rings, behind the door when I was unpacking.

Breakfast is to be 7-9 am, on our last day of our stay I went in for coffee and a bite to eat at 8 am only to find nothing available, NOT EVEN COFFEE ☕ There is NO PLACE TO EAT YOUR BREAKFAST INSIDE, you have to either eat it outside or take it to your room. It was very cold windy and snowing during our stay, nothing to cover the warm waffles and eggs, nothing to cover a warm bowl of oatmeal or cereal, nothing to aid in carrying back to your room 🤯 You'd have to be an octopus to do that 😅 So no thank you for food (although there was a nice choice) And the fact that COFFEE was ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN 7-9am totally blew my mind. And on my last day of my stay, there was NONE, even though I was there at 8 am 🤬
