Wingate by Wyndham Horn Lake Southaven

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff at the front desk was friendly.

I could smell a mild odor, may have been the carpet. The air conditioner in the room i stayed in was loud, and I could not sleep because of the constant door slamming throughout the night. I don't know if it was the placement of my room (at the end of the all) or what, but every time I dozed off there was noise to wake me up. That is not a direct reflection of the business, but it was definitely unfortunate.

Nothing.

The bathroom was disgusting. The room was disgusting. The smell was horrible. The hallways were disgusting. The front desk lady was sleeping and had an attitude when I was checking in. She didn’t wanna assist me. Neither did the manager of the building. The TV didn’t work. I would not ever book this hotel again, and I would advise you not to.

The air didn't work well and the remote needed new batteries

The bed was just too uncomfortable for me I have a bad back and the bed didn’t feel good!

The outside is very nice , but ALOT of Mexican loitering!

The room has an old smell, it’s old and the bathroom had mold on the wall. The building is old need a lot of updating

My experience with Hampton by Hilton in Southaven was amazing. My loved one had outpatient surgery and needed to rest. Antwon not only made check-in flawless but updated all my information and explained how to began earning rewards. The attending manager (can’t remember her name) corrected an error and stop another booking entity from over charging me hundreds. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The food service attendant also offered impeccable service. Thank you for make a difficult day easier.

It was a decent location but for 186 dollars o expect a great breakfast like the one I get at the Drury Inn and the rooms are cheaper

It were roaches in my bathroom and the tub was nasty.
