"Average. Won't stay again. But once again...yay Coconut Bar on the beach!"

The Coconut Bar is amazing...easily the best feature in my opinion. Staff was friendly and attentive.

80% of the menu has delicious sounding seafood items. Sadly, this was our second stay in 6 weeks and seafood is not available...what's up with that? Food service is slow (ala carte). Had to cancel an order one day because it just never showed up. I was told the kitchen had a big order...hmmmm.

The property location is amazing, with miles and miles of beach area, walkable sand, safe to walk even late hours or early morning, I enjoyed early morning walks at 6.00am to see the sunrise in a peaceful clean environment. If you are looking for a quite holiday to reenergize and relax, this is the place to be.

The management needs to be more available to the guests. They need to dress to appeal and to stand out. I only got to meet the manager on our last day. Manager should be available as guests check in and out, and at most meals to check on how the guests are doing. Organize more group activities during the festive seasons

"Bella location peccato per tutto il resto"

La location era buona, si affacciava sul mare e in una zona molto tranquilla. I giardini dell’hotel belli e molto curati, sembrava di stare in una giungla. La camera era molto spaziosa e con un bellissimo patio con sedie e divanetto fuori.

La qualità del cibo non era granché e poco vario il buffet. Un giorno a pranzo abbiamo ordinato una pizza e un toast ci hanno fatto attendere 50 minuti senza dare indicazioni di attesa al momento dell’ordine. La colazione iniziava alle 6.30, arrivati alle 7 perché dovevamo partire per l’aeroporto e la metà delle cose non c’erano ancora. La camera non era molto pulita, zanzariera sporca e asciugamani tutti sfilacciati. La prima piscina vicino alla reception inguardabile, sporca, abbandonata. La seconda più grande vicino al bar nella come location ma altrettanto sporca, bordo dove finiva l’acqua completamente marrone. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero basso, peccato! La sensazione che abbiamo avuto è che il posto fosse abbandonato.
