Hotel Palau Verd Adults Only

La ubicación

Firstly. Thank you to the hotel for the free room upgrade to a superior room. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Modern decor and the addition of an outside terrace. The grounds are lush but a bit overgrown and need some attention. The pool is a good size and the water is non chlorinated, such a shame the water blade wasn't working it could have drowned out some of the traffic noise. The onsite parking is a bonus all be it a little steep to access. The staff where pleasant attentive.

They REALLY need to put tea and coffee facilities in the room. The absence of this would stop me staying in the future. The information book in the room needs to be drastically updated. No information on local attractions, places to visit, resturants to go to etc. As stated the garden needs a good tidy up as does the staircase down to the car park. It's very grubby. The breakfast is very expensive at around 14€ per person. Much more economical to jump in the car and get something 3 mins away at the port. Recomended the Argentina Bake House, its very good and cheap. The hotel sells itself on being an oasis of calm. Unfortunately if you are beside the pool which is at the front of the property and beside a very busy road it is very very noisy.

No tea facilities in rooms, no coffee available at the hotel late evening. Very basic expensive breakfast (didn’t have it drove into the port). More wardrobe hangers in rooms would be better. With saying this we would go back again and recommend staying.

A little out of Denia so car/ bike needed.

Todo. Piscina, habitación, desayuno, el entorno, proximidad a la playa. Ya es la segunda vez que voy en menos de un año y tengo otra reserva 😁
