The reception staff did the bare minimum , we’re not very helpful at all

Great location, good size room

Appreciate that these apartments aren’t serviced daily but a simple thing like when asking for toilet paper for 2 people please provide a few days worth, very annoying to have to call reception every day

We had a one bedroom apartment which was immaculate in its presentation and had a very comfortable bed, which was great for sleeping. We made good use of the well equipped laundry, kitchenette, large fridge, a walk-in shower in the bathroom. The sofa was comfortable, and to top it off, a large balcony with brilliant sea views. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and ensured a great stay, by easily meeting any reasonable request. Mantra Pandanas is close to the city center, and a supermarket. It has its own restaurant and bar, which we enjoyed on several occasions, with the food and service being top notch.
