A really great breakfast and lovely rooms. We were in a superior bungalow which was ideal and right next to the pool, not sure how they compared to the standard rooms.

It was a little bit of a walk from the resort to the beach, shops and restaurants and there wasn't a path for some of it, but it wasn't far and didn't really impact our stay.

Das Personal war eher herablassend nicht kinderfreundlich , Chefin ist nicht Verständnisvoll , geht hier primär ums Geschäft Our stay was unfortunately disappointing and did not meet expectations. The reception was not welcoming at all; the main focus seemed to be on immediate payment rather than making guests feel comfortable. Upon arrival, no assistance was offered with our luggage, even though we were traveling as a family. Notably, no help was provided for my 74-year-old mother, which we found particularly lacking in basic hospitality. An early check-in was not possible, which can happen, but we were simply left to wait for two hours by the pool without any real support or alternative offered. Once the room was ready, we had to carry all of our luggage from the reception to the room ourselves. Additionally, there was an incident at the pool where my mother slipped and started bleeding. Instead of showing care or concern, we were later charged 500 baht for cleaning towels because of blood stains, which we were told could not be removed. We found this reaction particularly lacking in empathy given the situation. Scooter rental is available, but the experience was not transparent. We were charged for 2 liters of fuel despite only refueling once, which left us with the feeling of being treated unfairly. The breakfast was average at best—quite repetitive and lacking variety, with essentially the same options every day. Overall, the service felt impersonal, and we did not feel genuinely welcomed during our stay.

J'ai tout apprécié, la taille de la chambre, le confort, la salle de bain extérieur, le petit déjeuner était top, la piscine magnifique, les 2 chats 😻😻, la salle de sport petite mais ok 👌, location de scooter sur place et aussi transfert.

Si l'hôtel est plein, la piscine est vite surpeuplé. La dame plus âgée a la réception n'était pas très sympathique. Chambre un peu sombre.

Breakfast was nice, good options savoury and sweet and there is a lady cooking eggs and pancakes there and then. Overall facilities are nice, there is a gym we used a couple times and a nice pool. Room was nice although maybe a bit dated, the door to the outside bathroom doesn't close properly which makes me wonder whether that's how the million of mosquitos that relentlessly bit us came in.

Staff. This was by far the worst experience I had in Thailand so far. Communication is abrupt and just not very polite. We had an issue with our room on the first night where the toilet flush wasn't working. Basically the water kept flowing and there was no way to flush. We let reception know the following morning before heading out and they said they would send someone. When we returned in the evening the toilet wasn't fixed so this time we complained. They said they'd sent someone to fix and it was strange that it wasn't fixed. However, magically when they really sent someone that evening, the toilet was fixed. Makes you wonder if someone actually was sent to look at the toilet? Considering that this is a hotel and we literally had to flush our body waste (for lack of better words) using the toilet bin, this just isn't good enough. Cleanliness. We stayed 3 nights and we only asked to have the room cleaned on the second day. We had used the 2 glasses provided and in one of them we'd left a bit of beer. I was surprised to see that when we returned in the evening the glass with beer from the previous day had been left in the room. Like, why? How was the room cleaned? 😅 So that same evening I went to reception to ask for a clean glass and to my surprise they asked me to sign a paper to borrow the glasses? 🤣 I was really taken aback but went along with it, brought the glasses back that evening but surprisingly I wasn't asked to sign anything to say i brought the glasses back and so i took a picture as "insurance". Thank God I did, because the following day at checkout they asked me about the glasses i borrowed 🤣 The motorbike rental. Location wise the hotel is not greatly located and taxi is extortionate so really your best bet is to hire a scooter to get around even just to go to a 7-eleven. The first day we rented a scooter and we were told there is a 48,000 bath fee for accidents.
