As soon as we walked in, it smelled clean. The person checking in was friendly and thorough. It was easy to check out.

Our room only had towels for 3 people. We reserved for 4 people and I submitted a request for extra towels to no avail. Our bedsheets were torn at the top as well. Our shower curtain was dirty at the bottom and the tub seemed to have been painted over to mask something.

The location worked for us, and the breakfast was a plus.

We lost power from about 1am to 5 am, room was dirty, bed sheets were stained and restroom was also dirty. I have always had great experience with best western but this one was pretty bad.
