The location was great, it's small and quiet and near everything.

No elevator

You need new ironing boards

Close to a lot of restaurants.in our case since our work is in the valley it is very close like 5-12 mins away from the hotel.

There was an issue with the unit that was given to us. A/C was not working. But they were fast to move us in a different room. So it was a minor issue for us.

man at front desk receiving us was completely unwelcoming , unfriendly . room also smelled like someone smoked marijuana inside the room

Staff was friendly. I had a horrible time sleeping there. Between the noise of Ventura Blvd and people coming and going all night, it was very difficult to sleep. As others have said, the pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress was worn out, although that didn't seem to bother me.

The rooms were really clean cool
