Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Ich persönlich würde einen anderen Zimmertyp wählen. Wir fühlten uns wie im Keller … Souterrain … es hätte sicher bessere Lagen in der Kategorie ( Blick auf den Golfplatz) gegeben.

Tolles Frühstück, schöner Pool

Es wurden keine 30 Minuten Verlängerung der Check-out time gewährt. Das war etwas albern

Besser als viele andere vor Ort. Tolle sehr große Pool-Landschaft und schöner Golfplatz.

Zimmer war ein dunkles Loch, dafür, dass es ein Premium Zimmer war. Personal hat immer das Licht eingeschaltet, um das zu kaschieren. Personal professionell freundlich, aber nicht mehr. Wir wurden nicht einmal gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Auch nicht bei der Abreise. Reservierung Restaurant über die Rezeption hatte nicht funktioniert, obwohl Reservierung bestätigt wurde. Das Personal hat aber auch nichts unternommen, um die Ursache zu ergründen. Als Entschuldigung hätte ich z. B. einen Drink an der Bar erwartet. Frühstück sehr gut, aber Personal überfordert, da alles voll mit Familien und vielen Kindern; sie kamen nicht hinterher mit Tellern, Wasser etc. Sie sollten eigentlich Erfahrung darin haben. Am freundlichsten waren die deutschen Praktikantinnen im Service. Liegen am Pool wurden vor dem Frühstück von vielen Gästen mit Handtüchern belegt. Gehört sich für die Hotelkategorie eigentlich nicht.

Golf course nearby was fantastic, however it would have been better to book a different hotel and just walk or drive to the golf club. Hotel is old and poorly maintained and staff are unhelpful and unfriendly.

Overall our experience was extremely poor and we will never stay at a steigenberger again. The food was horrible and room service is unavailable after 10pm (they refused to send water when the kids were thirsty and numerous times we were told that they are full at 8 or 9pm, with no other available options nearby). Also, we were under the impression that we had connecting rooms having booked months before arriving and asked for connecting rooms for our family, but after repeatedly speaking to the staff they refused to confirm our request but gave us the impression that it will be fine, until we arrived at the property of course and they had already charged us. Forcing our family into 2 separate rooms. Beyond that, the hotel is old and poorly maintained and basic essentials are unavailable at the property. It’s a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star hotel. Don’t be fooled by the pictures!
