Had a beautiful experience. Mr. King was v nice at the lobby. He helped us get a car to the airport too. Will return again to this place , next time Food was delicious , service prompt Friendly staff, especially mr. King. Very approachable and will help you with any problem

“The hotel is amazing, offering a stunning sea view and exceptionally clean accommodations at a reasonable price. What impressed me the most was the staff—they were incredibly nice, friendly, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. "Amazing, seamless and relaxing."

The facilities was extremely clean and the spa interior are amazing. Very attention to details. Kik, a spa manager is very welcoming, seamless and personalised service. Sorn, massage therapist was very skilled and expert in what she does. I love how they offer a taster for body oil massage. They have a variety of massage type. The champion massage with bamboo and hot stone. Hot stone was amazing as it was not typical small stone but a handful stone.

"Nightmare "

Woken up at 5am first night by loud birds, manager said nothing that they could do, no sleep. No hot water, was told only warm water. Elevator didn’t work had to bring bags up stairs. What a horrible experience
