Excellent ambience, spacious rooms, excellent staff, very warm reception.

No buffet breakfast on the day I was there because of few guests I guess..., The bathtub heater was on and off...couldn't enjoy a good bath in my room. Good room though.

Friendly, helpful staff and large, comfortable rooms make this a great place to stay especially if you want to be in a green area still close enough to the CBD. On the east side of the city it is convenient for Garden City and the ring road to the airport.

My room had some squeaky floorboards so I was conscious of disturbing neighbouring rooms.
