Red Lion Inn & Suites Branson

Was told at check in that the hotel was short staffed and not to expect much. NO BREAKFAST even though it was part of the reason I booked this hotel to begin with. Normally Red Lion hotels are excellent quality facilities, but this one falls way short.

No breakfast included (as stated here). No cold water came out of the sink. When we asked for fresh towels, there were none in stock. Bet had so much give that I slammed my knee down and hit the board when getting in the bed. The cable was odd, some channels had no volume.

Dead roaches in the drawer.

It was okay, apparently it is a known issue that when it is very cold outside the room keys do not work. This left us running our toddler up and down the stairs to either get someone with a master key to open our room or standing in the cold warming up the lock enough for the they care to work. No housekeeping service during our 4 night stay, we were given 2 towels for the duration (two adults and one child) we had to ask for more towels and trash bags.

Big stain greeted you on the floor as soon as you walked in. The shower did not drain at all.

The stay was good. Previous customer still had dirty towels left from them. Needs a good deep cleaning. Overall was fairly clean.

Fine stay with nice help

It’s great for this price, 55 including a not bad breakfast; and you don’t even need to pay ahead of time, no track.

The mattress sucked, Everytime I wanted in the room I had to go get the manager to get the door open. The overall exterior was dirty

First room my mom and I where checked into had a broken heating/cooling unit. No power going to it! The woman working the front desk was very accommodating considering the fact that it was Christmas and my mom was disabled and we could not do stairs. Unfortunately she had to call someone that was off‐duty to go and clean a room to get my mom and I lower level room with a working heating unit. The staff was very nice and helpful.
