Oaks Brisbane on Charlotte Suites

It was great to have kitchen facilities to make some meals during our stay. Rooms were spacious and had everything you need for a basic stay. Check in was easy, although trying to call the hotel was difficult, just going through to a fax like sound. Location to the river and main shopping area was excellent, also two close supermarkets.

Its a bit dated and cheaply made, your toilet roll holder is going to fall off all the time but don't panic it isn't broken! The bed was also pretty uncomfortable.

Great view, perfectly placed in the middle of the city had a lot of time to explore Brisbane, very grateful hotel provides parking spots

The bed was uncomfortable, in the middle where the two beds are joined it’s pretty hard, not enough coffee satchels And the elevator it gets very crowded sometimes you have to wait for the next one, also wish housekeeping was included would help me keep the place tidy, also heard random yelling at night

Central to the city - have stayed here before in a much better apartment. Expected the same standard hence booked it again!

Allocated apartment 2603. It was old and tired. Shower full of scum and mould. Washing machine did not work and was dented and rusted. Had to use an iron from friends apartment as iron was too dirty to use. Couch was saggy and dirty. Windows covered in dirt. I expected the same standard as my last visit and was disappointed in the apartment we were allocated. No other apartment available due to it being full.

This is a good place to stay. The location is excellent with lots of shopping and food. The apartment is clean and quite big for the 4 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, and stove. The rooms are quite big and if you stay on a high floor you can see the view of the city.
