when you walked into the room it smelt very moldy & musty. Had to leave the patio doors open all the time which became very noisy

Beautiful, comfortable and well equipped in a good location. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Amazing bed.

Both lifts to our floor were out of action for 24 hours meaning lots of stairs. My mobility isnt great following surgery, so I had to stay in missing a day of my holiday. 1 lift was repaired but the other was still not working when we left a week later.

Our stay was disappointing due to several issues. A water mains problem disrupted services during part of our visit, and there was significant noise from a nearby apartment that affected comfort and sleep quality. Unfortunately, the lift also broke down, creating inconvenience, particularly when carrying luggage. On a positive note, the location was excellent, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transport options. The coffee shop associated with the hotel served an excellent breakfast, with good coffee, fresh food, and friendly service. While the location and breakfast were highlights, the operational issues detracted from the overall experience.

I have stayed at the property on a number of occasions and always like the location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There was a number of issues that where outside your control, the lifts to floors 5-21 not working and no water on a few nights after 9pm, however your communication in regards to these helped us be aware and plan around them.

The TV in the living area was limited in the apps it had and I was unable to link my phone with it. The WiFi was really poor and kept dropping out making it difficult to watch anything to completion. The TV in the bedroom was good but was small, I also did not want to spend all my time watching TV in the bedroom. However the WiFi was also affecting this TV

Location and balcony

It was stated we would be on the same floor as the group we were travelling with but that didn’t happen . Was an inconvenience.
