Well maintained room, comfortable bed. Dark enough for quality sleep. Great shower. Breakfast good, easy parking.

Check in was easy at reception. Bell was really helpful and friendly. She was happy to help us with whatever we needed. The room was really lovely. It was huge and clean and far more than we expected. We were very happy with the room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and had lots of choices. We had parking available to us so we were able to come and go as we needed. The hotel is well located to the various well known places in Canberra eg the war memorial, restaurants we frequented and the wine district.

The only negative would be the confusion when we checked out. It wasn't clear that we had already paid when checking in and it seemed we were asked to pay on check out. We were 4 couples and it also seemed that my card had been charged for the others. It got sorted however. I also asked for a statement and was told I'd get it via email yet my other 3 couple friends received a statement. The lift was out of service on our last day. We were told the 2nd lift was a service lift. It would probably be helpful to allow the service lift to be used by patrons if the other lift is out of service.

A great business hotel in the heart of the government precinct. Good rooms, a Gym and very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend
