I don’t understand all the bad reviews. Great location. Walking distance to everything. Private beach. We brought our own kayaks and launched them there. Nice chairs on the deck on the water. Plenty of free parking. Rooms have been updated. Can’t wait to stay again.

We loved our quick stay at the Wolfeboro Inn. The lakefront property is beautiful. My husband fished, I read in a lounge chair, and we both enjoy swimming in the lake. The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept great. We will definitely be back.

YOU CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $30/DAY FOR AMENITIES??? WHAT AMENITIES??? I WAS NOT TOLD AT CHECK-IN THAT $30/DAY WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED, I WAS TOLD $50. WAS BEING HELD IN CASE OF DAMAGES OR INCIDENTALS. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT AMENITIES WERE ALLOWED ME??? WARM COFFEE IN A THERMOS FOR 2 HOURS IN THE MORNING. 1 BOTTLE OF WATER IN THE REFRIGERATOR UPON CHECK IN , NEVER REPLACED NO DAILY SERVICE, WE USED THE SAME TOWELS FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. YOU HAVE NO POOL AND HAD TO TAKE CARE OF OUR OWN TRASH. NO ICE MACHINE AVAILABLE THE RESTAURANT AND PUB WERE NOT AVAILABLE AT CHECKI N. THE "BEACH"??? SURROUNDED BY MOTOR BOATS AND THE POWER WASHING OF THE DOCKS INTO THE WATER. NOT SAFE FOR SWIMMING.WITH OIL/FUEL RUN OFF. THE PARKING LOT IS IN DIRE NEED OF REPAIR. MY FRIEND TRIPPED ON THE BROKEN CONCRETE AND STRAINED HER NEWLY REPLACED KNEE, ALMOST FALLING ON HER FACE, HAD I NOT CAUGHT HER. AN ANENITY? WHEN I ASKED AT THE CHECK OUT I WAS TOLD , "THE COFFEE" WAS THE AMENITY. NOW TELL ME WHY YOU CHARGE $30/DAY FOR "THE AMENITIES"??? I WOULD LOVE A PHONE CALL FROM YOUR MANAGEMENT WITH AN EXPLANATION. The room was recently remodeled. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower. No tub, but that was OK for us. Bed, pillows, and linens were very soft and cozy. The attached restaurant and bar was convenient and fun. Good location within walking distance to town.

Not much. The only complaint was that AC made noise.
