Friendly greeting on arrival. Clean bedding and well made. Room had privacy from other guests and large bathroom and shower. Kitchen had everything I needed to have a cuppa. Plenty of storage space for language.

Mattress rather worn and springs and surface of mattress hard to lay on as they hurt. Room smelt like fish in kitchen and the floor was dirty in the main area. No lights on side tables, so had to get up to turn the lights off. Air conditioner noisey but it worked well.

The best part is they got us an early check in at 6:30am without any extra charges. Very friendly staff and comfortable stay.
