The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff including the Manager were outstanding, very friendly and helpful. The view of the waterfront was excellent.
Convenient
I had a very brief one night stay. The surroundings were gorgeous, the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. We had an isdue with hot water which im sure would have been taken care of if we had been staying more than the one night.
No chance you can beat the view of Lake Superior somewhere else in Munising. Room was nice and spacious and clean. Low water pressure in the shower. Pool and hot tub area is big but definitely wasn’t cleaned during the 3 nights we stayed… the hotel is under renovation but nothing overwhelming. Other than that it was decently priced and location worked great to drive to all our destinations to the east and west.

Overall nice place. Awesome view of the water. Breakfast was great. Only bad thing is the walls and floors are a bit thin. Got a lot of noise from room above.
The hotel had a great view of Lake Superior and Grand Island but our room looked at the parking lot. We were not offered a better view.
Nice size room. Holiday Inn always has the best breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. When I have a choice and the price is right, will always choose Holiday Inn.
Early in the season but nothing outstanding. No nearby dining. Nice looking pool, but lots of piled up boxes in the pool area.
