Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Panama City-Tyndall by IHG

My whole experience with this booking has been awful. I requested to cancel the reservation, without the late cancelation fee, because TS Nicole disrupted my plans. Hotels.com sent me an email informing me that they spoke with the hotel and they agreed to allow my cancelation without the fee. Two days later, Holiday Inn charges my card the full amount of the stay. I reach out to Hotels.com customer service again and now they can't find the email they sent me and tell me "so sorry" but we can't get you a refund.

We went for a night. When we opened the sofa bed stunk the whole room. Someone urinated in that mattress and it wasn’t cleaned up. Then they switched us to another room, and smelled very bad, between humidity and urine. Not recommend it.

Desk clerk gave a weary traveler a bottle of water.

One thing I did not like is the curb cut into the parking lot, which forces one going east on SR-22 to reverse course to access the entrance. Not much to do about it, but not the greatest site planning. But breakfast was good, most amenities were good, and I liked having access to a laundry room, which I needed during my stay.

Decent place. Stayed one night on our way to a place further south in Florida. CVS and Walgreens were close by too.

When we checked it they put us in a handicap room which had a bad smell in. We asked for a different room and they did put us in another one, it smelled better but there was hair and black spots on the sheets. We expected better for $185. The ladies fixing breakfast were very nice

It gets the job done for a weekend trip. The property is quiet and clean. Easy access to CVS and Walgreen's. A few places to eat nearby. Staff was pleasant. Did not attend breakfast hours. Room was clean, bathroom had Dove products! Overall would recommend.

The staff is awesome. I had an issue and the staff was trying to get it resolved asap. Couldn’t get it fixed until the next morning but they tried from when I told them about it.
