"Convenient but overpriced"

The location was very good and the front desk staff was nice.

The hotel is outdated and overpriced. The rooms are also hot.

"I was disappointed."

The location.

The room was cold even after turning the thermostat from A/C to heat. The unit continued to blow cold air. The bottom of the bathtub was worn. I slipped and fell trying to get out of the tub. Thankfully, I wasn’t hurt. When I reported the slip and fall to the man at the front desk, he wasn’t concerned. All he said was he would tell maintenance. He didn’t write down the room number or say he was sorry or asked if I was okay.

The staff was great and responsive.

The pool and hot tub were green. It was a staycation with my grandsons. They love staying in hotels and playing in the pools. But the tub and hot tub were green. It was disappointing.

The Hotel was nice however for $250.00 for a one night stay was a bit pricey to not include the free breakfast. I will definitely check that out in the future.

I cancelled my reservation. Both this hotel location and booing.com did not honor the agreement when you sign up for the cancellation insurance. .

They don’t work with the customer to resolve issues.
