"Really beautiful hotel in great setting"

Really nice hotel with large rooms and fantastic double sink bathrooms located in a beautiful setting. 5 star in every way except the on site restaurant which was understaffed and with food that was just ok.

Gorgeous location, excellent service in every interaction and amazing dining experiences! The staff from the front desk, to housekeeping and the restaurants were all knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and the adult pool was relaxing. The spacious rooms were well appointed and luxurious. As first time visitors to Southern California, it was close to so many areas and attractions. I highly recommend this gorgeous hotel!

"Treated like Royalty!!!"

I went for a night with my husband as a little ‘stay-cation’. It’s a beautiful hotel, the room was extremely large and luxurious- the towels alone are fit for a queen. The grounds are gorgeous we went for a nice walk around in the morning. We also ate at the Addision restaurant by William Bradley which is part of the complex and has Three Michelin stars, everything was outstanding. The staff at the hotel is also very gracious and friendly and helpful and remember to bring cash for tips. You have to valet your car which is extra as well and more tips, but I think great service people deserve the tips. We asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet (on a Saturday night). I also asked for early check in and we were able to check in at 3, so that helped us have a little extra downtime to watch a movie and relax.

"Best stay in awhile"

I stayed at the grand suite with my girls, over 85 year old parents and my little puppy. The suite was amazing, spacious and clean. We had in room breakfast, lunch and dinner since the atmosphere was so elegant, quiet and wonderful. My puppy was able to run around throughout the place. They also have all sorts of amenities to offer. The location of the hotel is beautiful. Although it is little further out to bring my daughters to their competition at Joan B Koan performing art but it is all worth it. I booked the room thru my chase sapphire card so it was a great value to get early checkin and late check out till 2pm! The hotel is so accommodating that when I told them the bed was too high for my mom, they came right away and adjust the bed lower so she was able to get on and off so much easier. I am looking forward to coming back for a longer stay.

"A perfect stress reliever"

This is a lovely location. The staff is very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it for serenity. Olivera is a wonderful and helpful aesthetician and masseuse. There spa is very relaxing.

It’s in a beautiful spot and the rooms are spacious

Service was slow - literally 1-2 hours waiting for room service and other requests. Service in bar was slow, restaurant/terrace closed with people jammed in bar instead.

"Best Time"

I have been to a few resorts with my kids and I have to say this trip to Fairmont Grand was arguably the best till date. The team is sooo accommodating and welcoming. The rooms and grounds are beautiful! We had a great great time

"Neil and the Fairmont are the best"

This was one of my favorite hotel experiences. The property is magnificent, the staff is exceptional (special shout out to Neil who made me feel far more important than I am!), and I left feeling relaxed- a rarity after an intense work week!
