Unhygienic and one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in Ahmedabad. I stayed at this hotel from 31 May to 9 June 2026 in Rooms 809 and 712. Throughout my stay, the room key cards kept getting deactivated every time I left the room. I had to repeatedly call the reception to send someone with a working key. Sometimes they came, but other times they forgot, forcing me to go down to the reception myself just to get the key reactivated. The air conditioning was also not functioning properly during the entire stay, making the experience very uncomfortable. The most disturbing issue was the lack of cleanliness and hygiene. I found human hair stuck on the jet spray and shower hose, which was completely unacceptable. Additionally, the sink drain opening was exposed, with visible dirt and grime inside, showing poor maintenance and housekeeping standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay due to poor service, maintenance issues, and unhygienic conditions. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
