We had a great stay here. We got back a little late one night and the AC wasn't quite working, so a staff member came up quickly to reset it (which worked) and brought an AC fan to have in the meantime, as well. Very nice place to stay if you're in the Minneapolis area.

The hotel was nice however the air conditioning wasn’t working too well for me. When I was checking in the staff raised their voice as I was asking a question about Hilton honors and checking in online and kept interrupting me.

We stayed here 2 days and the stay was really nice. The rooms were quiet and were able to sleep even during the day as we took a red eye in. Took the shuttle from the airport and was waiting promptly as scheduled.
