Central location

At the time of our visit the air conditioning system wasn’t functioning. There was an oil-filled radiator available but went off when the card was removed.

Comfy bed, great location for what we needed. Breakfast was ok for a pre made buffet. Staff were all good and accommodating.

Shower head was terrible and was pretty much unusable but had to hold it and press in as the head had broken and was spitting water in all directions.

"Clean and comfy room, welcoming and helpful staff."

The staff were very helpful, nothing was to much trouble, especially Robert who really helped us out when my son had a bad nose bleed in the middle of the night. He is a credit to the company. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

The lights could only be all off or all on, so I couldn’t have the bedside light on while my son was sleeping. The toilets didn’t flush straight away you had to kind of pump them before they would work which wasn’t great.
