lovely old hotel, gorgeous grounds, staff was friendly, room was spacious

pillows were too hard for my taste, shower head was fixed in the wall so difficult to shower without getting your hair wet too, no room for toiletries in the shower either

The staff were lovely and the bedroom was great .... apart from the firm mattress mentioned above.

The beds were far too hard/firm and didn't provide a good night's sleep.
