Amerisa Suites & Villa

We had 2 rooms. One was good other was very dissatisfactory. Shower did not work properly, drainage from cubicle did not work, beds were not very comfortable. Location was okay. Receptionist was very helpful .

Amazing property with a really nice room. Slightly further away and near a busy road with no pavement but really nice room. The bathroom was a let down with a bad shower and not great quality but the rest of the room was lovely The swimming pool was great but not heated so not usable and this was a real disappointment as they had unexpected bad weather I would come back and stay again if pool heated. Chec in and out was good

In terms of location, this is a very good option. You can walk to the bus top within 15 minutes, and restaurants, bars and shopping centres are all within 10 minutes. The check in process was not clear. I had informed the property in advance of our arrival time and when we arrived they were locked. I had to call a number and the lady was quite rude explaining they’ve left our room open and to go through the garage. She said she emailed us when we were on the flight but this was not the case. Also, whilst the property is situated in a convenient location, bear in mind that you’ll be kept up most of the night by noisy staff who are talking loudly with no consideration of time. Luckily we were out most of the time which made it an average stay.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. And walkable to the busier parts of Fira

The staff were amazing. Gave us great directions and tips on checkin including a map and ways to access the town. We had an issue with a ferry cancellation and they help book a transfer. Great customer service. Thanks you

Enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful room with a great view and our own private hot tub. Walking in to Fira was quick and easy. Would stay again in a second.
