Excellent hotel with wonderful service. Special thanks to the guys at the reception — they were very kind, helpful, and accommodating in many situations. They even managed to combine our two reservations and keep our rooms on the same floor, which we really appreciated. It was very приятно to experience such a warm attitude toward guests. Thank you for your understanding and hospitality. We will definitely come back again! Отличная гостиница с прекрасным сервисом. Отдельное спасибо ребятам на ресепшене — очень добрые, отзывчивые и пошли нам навстречу во многих вопросах. The location was very good, the staff was helpful, the breakfast room was very nice and good breakfast with lovely staff.

The room was quite dark and very noisy at night from traffic and people on the street, especially on Saturday night. The mattress was quite hard for our preference.
