Quiet clean and comfortable

Proximity to where we wanted to visit, price, room cleanliness with availability to use microwave, refrigerator. Thermostate easy to navigate/control.

The internet in the room was terrible. Ended up using data on our phones because the internet didn't work well.

Breakfast was good. Room was ok but could be cleaner.

The swimming pool makes a smell and noise. The bathroom did not feel hygenicly clean. The coffe was not great I could not finish my cup.

Wheelchair accessible room tight on space had to move some furniture into closet. The only way to get next to toilet to transfer was to use some on the roll in shower. A one inch bump in threshold of doorway. It was clean a little dated friendly staff

Our checkout our was less than friendly. The gal working at the desk was not very friendly at all. We asked for a receipt and she said she could not give us one because we booked online. The 3 hotels we stayed at before this that were booked online all gave us a receipt. Not sure what was up with that.

Gathering the area was nice

The light in my bathroom did not work. The maintenance man came and changed the the bulb. The next morning, the light did not work again, and I told them it was not the bulb, but they just changed the bulb again. When I got back to my room, I had no light in the bathroom again, and I had to deal with no light my entire stay. It was a huge inconvenience, not having a light in the bathroom and having to wait to have it fixed, even though they didn’t fix it.

Location was good. Appreciate that breakfast was offered, but I would rate it as fair/good. The room was very clean, the view was good. Appreciated the hot water and good water pressure. The staff was all very friendly and courteous. It was a pleasant stay.

We could not get the heat to come on in our room, but then in the night I guess it started working because it got hot.
