Best Western On the River

Breakfast was good, plenty of food and clean area. I requested a room on first floor in good location due to physical limitations of myself and my sister; they honored my request. Requested extra bath linens due to 3 women in the room, they complied. The beds were comfortable. Friendly staff at front desk.

The toilet rocked when you used it. No Kleenex in the bathroom. The plastic liner in the shower was thin and cheap; 2 of the hooks on it was undone, I had to fix that. There were rust spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. There were a couple of spots of spilled coffee on the tile floor near the front desk.

The over night staff was wonderful she made me feel right at home very friendly , rooms very clean beds are comfortable and the shower pressure was great.

The parking space was limited

Check in staff was great. Check out staff was fabulous. We left an item and they called to tell us that they had the item! The lady at the desk was very nice

Yes it’s an older building with rooms surrounding the indoor pool area, but everything was super clean and well maintained, and the service was super friendly and efficient. The warm moist chlorine-filled air in the pool area permeates throughout the hotel common areas, including the hotel lobby and hallways, so it was too hot to enjoy the spacious well furnished lobby. The breakfast was good and super well maintained. Main Street was a block away which was fun. Neat place. Hope to return someday.
