Breakfast was a bit underwhelming considering what is expected for a 4-star hotel. They did not offer packed breakfast included for excursions.

Very cool vibe. A surprising gem of a hotel after a long trip from Boston. Once you step inside the hotel, you are amazed at how thoughtfully decorated the lobby and restaurant area are with a brilliant mix of modern and historic. The real surprise is waiting for you when you open the door to your room: beautiful modern decor with attention to every detail - all geared to the guest’s comfort and convenience. The views from our room were literally breathtaking. Bravo, Cabo de Hornos!

I always like staying at Hotel Cabo Hornos whenever I go to Chile and specifically Punta Arenas, my partner is Chilean and when we we visit we love staying there for the convenience, location and quality.

This time I was a VERY disappointed in the staff behaviour towards me, it definitely felt racist. I am black British Caribbean and before finding out anything about my reservation or anything like that, I was asked “if I have a passport” ! I was literally shocked, because I checked in before my partner arrived, plus assuming that I did not speak Spanish 3 of the staff members went on to mumble saying that “if I thought this was a bed and breakfast,” Very veryyyy disappointed in the staff at reception and this is why reviews are always needed because this was my 4th time staying here and I wasn’t impressed at all!!!! Finally when one of the staff checked my details she saw that I had stayed there multiple times and their whole attitude changed! This should never be the case! You never know who you are welcoming at the hotel, not everyone likes to show off their wealth!

Great location in the center of the town. Excellent dining experience at its restaurant. The room was modern and faultless. We loved it.

Stayed here for 1 night. Located right in the centre of Punta Arenas. Hotel feels really luxurious the moment you enter. Massive lobby area which leads to the restaurant, bar and lounge. Hotel also has a small gym and spa area as well. Room was very clean and comfortable and was just as well done as the rest of the hotel. Bed was fantastic. Bathroom was good and featured everything you could ask for. Breakfast was included and was buffet style in the restaurant by the lobby. Breakfast had abit of everything and was well stocked. Hotel offered free parking in a gated parking area about 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was excellent during my stay at Hotel Cabo de Hornos. The hotel has a very good location in Punta Arenas, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service was very attentive. My room had a wonderful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was very good, with quality options, and I also enjoyed the wine selection. The gym was appropriate and well equipped for maintaining a basic workout routine while traveling.

El modernismo se las instalaciones. A pesar de ser un hotel de varios años, la edificación es muy moderna. No se quedó en el tiempo. Es excelente.
