Great location with some amazing views from different part of the property. Great food.. Beautiful birds and waking up in the morning with their sounds.

I wish we could have stayed there longer but they did not have availability for the second night.

Beautiful setting. Hot springs were relaxing. The pool area was nice. We liked the food at Jaguar restaurant. Watching the sunset at Mirador restaurant was beautiful.

Walls were paper thin in the basic rooms so you can hear the people on either side talking and snoring. Basic rooms had no AC and were too hot to stay in except early morning and night. They were also dark. I would advise others to book the separate cabins. We ate at a lunch buffet that they were feeding to large tour groups. Food was very basic and we thought it would be cheaper than a restaurant with waiter service and ordering off menus. They charged us $25/pp for the buffet which I felt was exorbitant.

I really enjoyed the Jaguar restaurant, the service and food was amazing. The tractor ride to hot springs was fun, bit bumpy but totally worth it. It was an incredible experience. The sauna, mud and so many hot springs with different temperatures. We also stopped for a panini before the ride back to our room, it was very good. All of the staff were really great and helpful. Everyone seems happy and is having a great time at their job and take the time to explain to us the steps and how to enjoy the experience the most which was greatly appreciated.

The service at the bar/restaurant called El Mirador was poor and the food, not the best. At one point the waiter asked me what my order was and half was through my order he just walked away. Odd to say the least.

Facilities and activities were amazing, scenery was beautiful, food was great, the day pass is awesome

Drive in was difficult, roads are terrible. Property itself was stunning

Mit Abstand am besten hat mir die Sundowner Terrasse des Restaurants sowie der freundliche Kellner Bismark gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffett war für Costa Rica klasse.

Die Anreise ist recht beschwerlich und die Lage ist nicht gut geeignet, den Nationalpark Rincon de la Vieja zu besuchen.

While the cabins were spacious and comfortable, the real draw was the activities you could do on the property.The buffet breakfast was a good way to start the day, but the fish tacos at el Jaguar were top notch.Watching the sunset at the el Mirador bar was a perfect way to end the day.

Maybe due to a language problem, some of the explanations of activities were incomplete.
