"the front desk staff almost ruined my holiday"

Front Desk Manager, Miss Qu is very professional. She fixed the argument among Hotel, Booking.com and customers.

The front desk staff were neither friendly nor professional I booked half board for 3 guests through Booking.com, but the first front desk staff member said my booking only included breakfast, not dinner. After arguing with them, the second front desk staff member said they could provide breakfast and dinner, but only for two guests. I contacted Booking.com and received a reply confirming that the final price we paid was for 3 guests. However, the hotel staff insisted they could only serve 2 guests. The front desk almost ruined my holiday. Please see below the reply from Booking.com Hi Chuanjun, Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the details of your reservation. We do apologize for any inconvenience. We confirmed the on the final price of this reservation, half board is included for 3 guests.
