The Frenchmen New Orleans by Kasa Living

No frills but the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location is hard to beat if you’re in town for live music.

The property was beautiful excellent location for Mardi Gras staff was friendly and helpful excellent stay would recommend !

The good: * Property looked clean and well cared for, although a bit old. * I can't hear noises from bars on the street, which is good and surprisingly. The bad: * Happy with the facility until one night, found a huge cockroach (bigger than a quarter) in the bathroom. * I can hear and almost make out the conversation from the room next door.

The hotel itself was fine, but the booking and payments was the issue. Not only was I overcharged but my friends that booked here were as well. Check your statements and verify that the amount charged is what was promised. I called Kasa that operates the hotel And they pretty much told me it’s not their problem even though the transaction says Kasa on it. Be careful and book elsewhere

Our suite was great and gave the classic New Orleans vibe, my only complaint was that the hot tub was not available for use.

The hotel is very clean and neat. Our room decoration was fun and simple The night staff, Jeff was very friendly and fun he helped us check in and had a good talked at 1am. Highly recommended
