Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina

Inside condo facilities were great - nice kitchen, bath for each bedroom, nice balconies overlooking the Harbour. Very clean and kitchen had nice touches like coffee and tea.

Location in Sooke was good but property isn’t very walkable to restaurants or coffee houses. Outside hot tubs - 1 inaccessible the other needed a good cleaning. Living room has a sofa so the others in our family were relegated to watching tv from the dining room chairs

The view was beautiful and the home was very spacious. We had a great time sitting on the patio and watching the waves. We saw about 8 seals while hanging out on the dock, it was lovely!

Remember to bring a dish scrubber. A few dish washer tablets and dish soap is available, however there is no scrubber. Also remember to bring laundry detergent if you plan to use it, only one table was available and you had to pay for extra supplies.

Great location. Liked 2 bedrooms separate each with its own bathroom. Hot tub was nice but the one closest to our unit was padlocked

Check in. Never received the email with unit # and door code. Supposed to get at 3pm. At 4:15 I called the # on the reservation, on hold for 10 min, then transferred and given the information verbally. TV system is very poor. No cereal bowls or coffee cups.

Great location with stunning views over Sooke harbour. No food options on site, but next door to Prestige hotel which had a nice restaurant (book in advance for dinner). Shirt drive to town. Close to Whiffinspit.

Good location to beach and amenities

Hard to get door code, waited until 4:00 as instructed but did not hear from anyone. Had to call True Key. Would have been good to hear a little earlier and not have to chase down the information at check in time.

Location and facilities

We picked the place because of the location and the hot tub. The hot tub was closed for maintenance but we didn't get a notice in advance or we would have moved the booking. Also our place was closest to the road and really loud with the bathroom window open which was needed. We didn't meet any of the employees and I am sure they are lovely. This was more about communication.
