The staff is pleasant.

Capacity of restaurant does not respond to capacity of the hotel. If you need a dinner you must have rezervation! It is really retro hotel, where the times stopped in 1990. Really not 4 star, it is better to say 3 star. The hotel facilities are old and outdated. Breakfast is a basic buffet as the restaurant is small. Swiming pool looks very "amateur".

The staff were all very helpful. We were grateful they spoke English, and were so eager to help us. Another feature we loved is: we were able to order box lunches if we were going to go out hiking before the breakfast service started. You can also pay an extra fee to order a sack lunch, which we did a few days. It was so helpful. We also had plenty of space in our suite, which accommodated four of us. It was wonderful being just outside Cortina where it was quieter. It was a wonderful stay for our family!

There was no Air Conditioning. I think this is common for many hotels in the area. It was mostly fine with the windows open, but there are times we wished for A/C after a long hike.

"Nice hotel for families, friendly staff, great breakfast."

Lovely traditional hotel, all the staff were really friendly and we were given a free room upgrade with our toddler. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great playground and kids club available with baby dinner. Pool and sauna also perfect for afternoon relaxing.

Quite expensive given that it is still a 10 minute drive out of town. But guess that is typical of the Dolomites. Very small bar fridge in room with small/old kettle which leaked a little and very small teacups!
