IL PERSONALE MOLTO CORTESE E DISPONIBILE OLTRE CHE PREPARATO CON LA LINGUA ITALIANA. HOTEL NON CENTRALISSIMO (30 MINUTI A PIEDI DAL CENTRO), CAMERA DA 4 STELLE (CONFORTEVOLI E NUOVA). COLAZIONE NON FATTA.

Posizione ottima, con tantissimi locali a pochi passi a piedi. Stanza grande, letto comodo e pulito. Staff davvero gentile che parla anche un po' di italiano

Staff was very friendly, and helpful! Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to stops for the airport bus and I had easy 20 minute walk to train station. Rooms were clean, quiet and functional- plenty of outlets and appreciated having a fridge. Bathrooms were clean and spacious but I had issues with the showers.

I stayed in 3 rooms over my time in Bucharest (multiple side trips) - in the first, the shower enclosure leaked so there was water on the floor that I needed to soak up with the bath mat. In the second, the shower head was broken so there was no spray just a single stream (like a hose) that made rinsing awkward. And in the third, both the enclosure leaked and the head was broken. (Let staff know each time.) An otherwise enjoyable and satisfying stay let down by these annoying issues.
