Booked through Booking. Didnt get the room I paid for. Staff was kind but pretended not to know. Pointed out the price difference but they wouldn’t even give me back that part. Sad to do it but have to give 1 star for this experience.

The location is very well situated at the entrance to the Kasbah. Easily accessible. I was treated very well by the team, like I was family. Thanks also to my friend Ibrahim.

Le charme du Riad avec les décorations typiques marocaines. La grande chambre, le matelas est confortable. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil et ils ont eu la gentillesse de garder nos valises la journée et de réserver un taxi pour se rendre à l'aéroport.

Wunderschön und super gelegen, am Rande der Medina, deswegen nicht zu wuselig. Die Betreiber sind megafreundlich. Absolute Empfehlung.

My stay at this riad truly exceeded my expectations in every way. First of all, the aesthetics of this place are absolutely stunning. The riad is beautiful, with incredible attention to detail, and it’s impossible to take your eyes off the gorgeous wall ornaments and traditional Moroccan decorations. The staff were another huge highlight — extremely helpful, kind, and attentive. They had no problem arranging a taxi for me, and since my trip started very early in the morning, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast especially for me. That was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. On the first day, I was welcomed with tea and cookies. As for the service — I was very impressed. I stayed for two nights and really appreciated the option of daily cleaning. On the second day, I returned to a perfectly refreshed room with clean towels and a neatly made bed. The breakfasts were excellent — fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Overall, this riad was a wonderful and very positive surprise for me. It perfectly combines beauty, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the true atmosphere of Morocco and enjoy a memorable stay.

Very friendly staff who arranged the transfer taxi for us on arrival. The room was beautiful and very big, very comfortable bed :) we received also an upgrade to a suite. The breakfast is delicious. Definitely back here if in Fes again
