Parfait !

On est venu pour la 3ème et nous n’avons pas ressenti la même magie que précédemment ! Comme si le CDM avait perdu un peu de son âme…

"Séjour magnifique dans un lieux apaisant"

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au couvent des minimes. L’endroit est magnifique et permet de vivre une parenthèse de calme et de sérénité. L’accueil au spa est très professionnel et les installations sont variées pour vivre une expérience complètement détente. Le buffet du petit déjeuné est très appétissant et propose une variété de choix (petit bémol pour le pain sans gluten qui peut être amélioré). Les équipes du service au restaurant sont attentives aux clients et très professionnelles.

L’équipe du bar pourrait être plus attentive aux clients dans la salle afin que ça ne soit pas au client de se lever pour aller demander au bar sa commande ou l’addition. Même retour pour la réception qui pourrait améliorer la réactivité et le suivi des demandes.
