Staff, location, pool

No child care, despite advertising it online. No kids club. Gym was old, broken down, had no windows or AC. Rooms had poor weather sealing and were very loud to outside and hallways.

"Poor service, Terrible experience"

We wanted to travel to Vietnam on January but we couldn´t get my husband´s visa on time. We had a reservation in this hotel for 4 days but we couldn´t get there on time because of the visa problem. We sent them several emails in advance letting them know about our visa situation so they could change the reservation for us. They charged us 2 extras $ for the waiting but never hold the reservation. At the end we couldn´t travel on January because we didn´t get the visa and they didn´t want to help us and hold our reservation even knowing that we payed the full amount of the reservation plus 2 times extras for the waiting. Terrible experience, this is not the right way to make business. I would never visit this hotel in my life, terrible experience.
